English Grammar is comprised of different rules and sets of words, one of which deals with determiner words.
There are two types of comparisons in English grammar. The comparison of two things is when you say one of them is "compared to" the other, for example, "Sally is taller than Mark" or "Mary is shorter than you." The superlative of two things is when you say one of them is "the most" of the other, for example, "Sally is the tallest of all the people in the room."
