It can be clearly seen that the overall number of visitors increased considerably from 74,000 before the museum renovation to 92,000 after it was refurbished.
Those visitors who were dissatisfied from museum had the percentage of 40% before the refurbishment which decreased significantly by 25% after its renovation. Similarly, those who were satisfied when the museum was not renovated rose from 30% to 40% after when the renovation was done. The very satisfied visitors rose from 15% to 35% of the renovation of the museum. Conversely, very dissatisfied visitors became half from 10% to just 5% after when reconstruction was done.
Interestingly, visitors who gave no response before the renovation of the museum had only 5% which remained same after the refurbishment.
