Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop I purchased from your store on 10th March. Unfortunately, the product has not been functioning properly since the day I bought it.

The first problem is that the computer keeps shutting down automatically despite the battery being fully charged. Moreover, it works very slowly, and it becomes hard to complete even simple operations. This machine is quite important for me as it is used for my work. Hence, this problem causes serious trouble for me.

When I noticed the problems with my machine, I started troubleshooting, for example, rebooted the machine and tried to update the software on it. However, all the attempts failed, and I still cannot get a working machine. So, I decided to contact your technical support team.

Given the circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could either arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at the earliest. I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference.
