While writing the introduction part of your essay you must take care of the following things:
1. Avoid using keywords from the question statement. Sometimes it is possible that you may not think of an appropriate synonym of a particular word, but at least you should change the sentence structure. For example, an active sentence can be rewritten in a passive voice.
2. You do not need a general and fancy sentence to start the context of your essay. This is not going to give you any extra band or appreciation from the examiner. However, it will not even hurt if you write a grammatically correct and relevant general sentence. But mind that any mistake in the sentence would hurt your overall performance.
3. The first sentence should be the paraphrasing of the given statement. The best paraphrasing is one that is done at the sentence level. Keyword spinning is a low level of paraphrasing and must be avoided.
4. The second sentence should be the thesis statement of your essay. The thesis statement must be clear and your key points of discussion must be included in it.

That's it with the introduction part.
